Job Description

- To develop and drive global HP plans
- To ensure the tools, materials and assets are in place for global and local use
- Develop health promotion plans based on data, including content and messaging in partnership with the Digital Lead, Health Promotion Leads, other stakeholders and ERGs.
- Deliver global HP plans in partnership with team and other key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to connect H&W messages for employees eg across Benefits, ERGs and HR.
- Partner with Programme Leads to drive existing programmes and programme launches by providing on-brand copy and materials.
- Partner with Regional Health Promotion Leads to develop toolkits that H&W Champions can use locally.
- Ensure H&W content and narrative stays up-to-date, uses relevant internal and external messaging and aligns to GSK visual identity: tone plus look and feel.
- Support global external H&W communications in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Regional Health Promotion Leads on regional opportunities.
- Being able to demonstrate an active interest in health and wellbeing will be highly desirable
- Communications qualification or relevant experience
- Copywriting experience. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Project management
- Experience utilising data and insights to develop communication plans
- External vendor management
- Internal stakeholder collaboration
- Experience of global working across a large, complex organisation
- A demonstrable understanding of the role visual identity plays in building communications
