What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement transformative people strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the development and scaling of impactful programs in collaboration with HR partners and operational teams
- Coach executives on organizational challenges, talent strategies, and leadership development
- Guide ongoing organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Utilize analytics and insights to recommend data-driven actions for program design and success measurement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of HR experience in Business Partner and leadership roles within high-growth companies
- Experience working with global teams and expanding into emerging markets
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive programs linked to business outcomes
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing data-driven solutions
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across leadership teams and key stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HR roles within technology or software development companies
- Proven ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack, from strategy to execution
- Strong executive presence with confidence in engaging with senior leaders
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in talent acquisition and employee experience
- Demonstrated success in managing programs that drive organizational health and employee engagement
