- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing effective solutions based on customer needs.
- Analytics and Dashboards: Assist in creating and maintaining HR analytics tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Process Coordination: Help in the creation, coordination, and centralization of Global HR processes.
- Project Participation: Actively engage in global HRIS projects aimed at developing and improving our HRIS systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferably with a focus on HRIS), Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS is advantageous.
- Keen interest in innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
