      Your mission

      The mission of this position is to lead the LRP business sustainable and profitable growth of all Industrial vacuum brands. By coordination with CCs and Systems & Solutions, drive the LRP 3YBP (revenue and margin) together with specific divisional Marketing(PMs/MSMs) in line with LRP full potential plan and 2025 ambitions.

      Be fully responsible for developing promising market sectors of LRP business, setting up business and differentiation between multiple brands of IV division to enable a global expansion.

      The job position take ownership supporting on developing high potential and emerging markets sectors of LRP business, as well as managing LRP M&As pipeline and synergies.

      Your responsibilities

      • Identification of LRP 3YBP of each IV brands in Industrial vacuum division with dedicated marketing

      • Definition, alignment of all market sector specific activities and implementation of selected business development activities in different regions.

      • Drive profitable growth (revenue and margin) of all industrial vacuum brands.

      • Identify the gap of competition and drive the solutions.

      • Development and implementation of the strategies and goals for products and markets.

      • Interact with divisional marketing of industrial vacuum brands in both commercial and technical LRP performance.

      • Continuously monitoring and update of market developments including competitive situation by the proactive communication with the sales and application force

      • Managing LRP related M&As pipeline and synergies.

      • Explore further business potentials for LRP business.

      • Collaborate closely with LRP operational manager and divisional departments (S&S, engineering, operation and procurement) for all strategic aspects.

      • Highly focus on LRP development in Europe and America.

      • Forecast for advance supply chain activities and products rationalization.

      • Manage the inquiry pipeline and initiate regular reviews with sales, BLMs and divisional marketings

      • Price and margin review and management

      • Lead the improvement of sales strategy and sales material, enhance the brand identity globally

      Your profile

      • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent knowledge gained through experience

      • Additional degree in business & administration or related work experience in managerial position

      • Strong experience in sales & marketing is preferred

      • Relevant previous experience in a similar role including 5 years experience of industrial vacuum

      • High level of understanding of the design, operation and manufacturing process and global vacuum standards

      • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve increasingly complex product and system related problems

      • Strong written and verbal English language ability

      • Able to establish a positon of technical authority for general vacuum solutions

      • Ability to communicate and interact at all levels both internally and externally

      • Able to operate under own initiative with limited supervision

      • Capability to supervise, motivate and progress peers and allocated personnel
