      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration of global assignments across the full assignment lifecycle
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business groups and coordinate with various departments
      - Assist with immigration and compliance requirements including visas and work permits
      - Maintain accurate global mobility data and support process improvements
      - Provide guidance on global mobility programs, policies, and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4+ years of experience related to international HR or global mobility
      - Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately
      - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
      - US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting expatriates or international assignees
      - Familiarity with relocation and immigration vendors
      - Exposure to global mobility compliance concepts
