      Global Mobility Lead

      The Global Mobility team is responsible for managing and maintaining all International Assignments, International Transfers and Cross Border Compliance across the Millennium group.

      The GM Lead must be able to interpret and explain assignment programs/policies and cost estimates, effectively communicate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, liaise with vendors, create and explain key analytics of GM case activity and, definitely handle ambiguity.

      Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, the GM Lead is responsible for individual mobility caseload management, including (not limited to): formulating the appropriate program and level of support in association with the HRBP’s and Business Leads; required liaison with and coordination of vendors; conduct appropriate due diligence for the cross border proposal; production of cost projection estimates; communication of policy and package details to individuals going on assignment as well as to other stakeholders; coordination with regional Immigration Specialist(s), tax advisors and relocation companies.

      The GM Lead will support the Global Mobility Manager in building the Global Mobility function, driving process and infrastructure improvements. Must be able to work independently, apply sound judgements and be solution driven.

      The GM Lead must be conversant with/possessing a good understanding of all international mobility disciplines including: immigration, tax, social security, contracts and systems.

      Principal Responsibilities

      • Application/execution of Global Mobility policies, programs and communications
      • Preparation of cost projection estimates
      • Provide technical guidance and due diligence to the business areas
      • Prioritization and timely execution/delivery of work
      • Forming and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
      • Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint) for use with stakeholders
      • Able to provide clear explanation and guidance to the business across the GM policies
      • Create and maintain case progress reports and other analytics reporting
      • Coordination with external partners and vendors
      • Assist with the development of the Global Mobility programs and infrastructure

      Qualifications/Skills Required

      • University degree preferred though not essential
      • 6+ years of Global Mobility experience ideally in-house within the financial services sector
      • Technically proficient in Global Mobility disciplines
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Numerate, with excellent attention to detail: accuracy, quality, and integrity
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Analytical and able to problem solve
