What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end transaction banking products including cash management and trade finance
- Drive adoption of modern payment systems such as ISO 20022, SWIFT gpi, and FedNow
- Support the modernization of legacy systems and integration with ERP/TMS systems
- Provide advisory services on best practices in transaction banking and treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks across various jurisdictions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in transaction banking, treasury, or payments
- Strong knowledge of global payment systems such as SWIFT, ACH, RTP, and ISO 20022
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in driving technology adoption and system modernization
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Open Banking APIs and fintech ecosystems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions
- Proven track record of client engagement and successful project delivery
- Familiarity with incentive compensation structures in financial services
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or technology-related fields
