  Job Purpose and Overview

  An exciting opportunity with global impact on Dawn’s People & Culture initiatives! Our Global People & Culture Partner focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting People-centric tools, processes, and systems across Dawn to add value to a broad range of talent management and organizational development initiatives. As a member of the Global People team, this position will report to the Vice President, Global People & Culture and collaborate with other Team Members and key partners to implement and reinforce core programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), learning and development, and employee engagement.

  This is a remote position with travel involved.

  What will you do as a Global People & Culture Parner at Dawn Foods?

  • Contributes to the overall Dawn People (HR) Organization through People & Culture processes, programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborates regularly with the Global People & Culture (GP&C) Team and cross-functional departments to define and improve the end-to-end Team Member lifecycle and experience.
  • Develops and administers resources and programs to build and maintain Dawn’s global culture.
  • Leads, supports, and partners on a variety of Global People & Culture programs and processes such as DE&I, engagement, reward and recognition, performance management, learning, people analytics, etc.
  • In partnership with GP&C team members, leads creation and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinates and promotes courses and experiences across a variety of platforms, including a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conducts surveys and supports analysis of People perception.
  • Participates within and contributes to cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrates the “Dawn Values” of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence

  What Does It Take to be a Global People & Culture Partner at Dawn Foods?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
  • At least 5 years’ experience delivering results within HR, and talent management; experience supporting/leading DE&I programs preferred.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Research and analysis skills, including presentation of themes.
  • Ability to facilitate effective learning development programs.
  • Demonstrative ability to develop and deliver People-centric guides, tools, and materials.
  • Self-motivated; Takes initiative; Able to work within a dynamic environment.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to transition between collaborative work within a team and working independently to deliver results.

  Compensation Range:

  $74,590- $116,360 with bonus incentive
