What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks for portfolio performance across regions and business units
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to identify savings opportunities and operational gaps
- Track and manage key performance indicators, including client satisfaction and financial performance
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, supporting account teams with regular performance reporting
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and opportunity analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management in a global context
- Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven track record ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Experience with statistical analysis software and advanced analytical methodologies
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives
