      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide contact center support for product quality complaints related to ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses
      - Review complaint files and evaluate customer calls to ensure adherence to documentation and resolution standards
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical safety and compliance, to ensure accuracy of complaint records
      - Monitor personal workflows to ensure timely closure of complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements
      - Serve as a mentor to team members, promoting harmony and adaptability within the group

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in complaint handling or quality assurance/regulatory compliance
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
      - Knowledge of Complaint Handling and/or SAP systems
      - Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
      - Availability to work hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm with varying shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment within the medical device industry
      - Proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written)
