What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the relocation process for new hires and transferring employees
- Communicate with transferees to assess their needs and initiate appropriate services
- Enter and maintain accurate relocation-related data in the database software system
- Assist in managing the home sale process, including negotiations and contract execution
- Coordinate temporary housing options and monitor vacate dates based on relocation benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of real estate or relocation services
- Customer service skills to handle stressful situations and client expectations
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Ability to advocate for transferees during the relocation process
- Strong phone and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Real estate salesperson license highly preferred
- Experience in conflict resolution between clients and transferees
- Situational awareness to manage stress and service issues effectively
- Ability to anticipate issues and develop recommendations to resolve them
