      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide extensive administrative support to Directors in sales, organization, and communication
      - Prepare and analyze sales reporting using tools such as Cognos and the Sales Cube
      - Manage customer database and update sales materials
      - Assist in the timely execution of Transient RFP tasks
      - Participate actively in team calls, meetings, and lead special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of related industry experience
      - Strong understanding of the Corporate Travel/Transient Segment and the Transient RFP Process
      - Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
      - Experience working in Cvent Transient (Lanyon)
      - Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach to administrative tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
      - Experience with Hyatt Systems such as Reserve, Opera, Envision, Cognos, ThoughtSpot
      - Knowledge of other RFP Tools such as ReadyBid, Tripbam, BTP, Ratefinding, and/or SynXis
