What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide physical security and operational support related to the employer's security and risk programs
- Develop and evaluate documentation and procedures to identify security risks and vulnerabilities
- Conduct investigations and risk assessments while coordinating with internal and external partners
- Lead and manage remediation activities and physical security design recommendations for facilities
- Monitor trends that may impact the organization and provide data insights for investigations and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security or risk management
- Solid knowledge of physical security methods, banking industry standards, and regulatory environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
- Proficiency in using analytical software tools and MS Office applications

- Experience in risk management program development and implementation
- Familiarity with current and emerging trends in security and risk management
- Previous experience in incident management and threat assessment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions
