What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic input on study plans, country strategy, and risk assessments
- Establish global activation plans in partnership with key stakeholders
- Drive alignment with clinical trial submissions and regulatory on submission strategy
- Monitor start up progress against established KPIs and milestones
- Oversee operational aspects of assigned trials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred
- 4-7 years of global study start up and clinical project management experience
- Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
