      The Opportunity

      We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic Global Supply Chain team. Based in our Witney office, you will support management of supply flow across the network ensuring it meets regulatory, commercial and Customers needs whilst optimising resources. Acting as part of a wider team, you’ll coordinate team projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, strategize and plan deployment of ADC products from manufacturing sites and distribution centres to affiliates, supporting both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

      What You’ll Do

      • Support supply/demand planning and deployment activities across regions

      • Monitor and resolve issues related to order fulfilment, backorders, and inventory allocation

      • Optimise supply and inventory parameters to support on-market labelling changes, new product introductions, and regulatory requirements

      • Collaborate with global partners to align processes and drive supply chain efficiency

      • Manage and maintain accurate order data in our ERP systems

      • Generate essential reports and communication to stakeholders

      • Coordinate data driven decisions and implement solutions to fulfil customer requirements

      • Initiate continuous improvement projects to optimise supply chain processes

      • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory standards

      • Maintain audit-ready documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

      • Uphold EHS standards and complete all required training in a timely manner

      What We’re Looking For

      • A relevant business qualification or equivalent experience

      • Experience in a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment—ideally within a global, fast-paced setting

      • Strong literacy, numeracy, data-driven decision making and analytical skills

      • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems

      • Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and organizational skills

      • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
