What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze support data related to customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with support engineers, software developers, and other departments to implement solutions
- Develop and enhance business processes and automation to drive operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions on customer satisfaction
- Communicate findings and document processes for various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights
- Strong experience in data pipeline development, data warehousing, and SQL
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within high-growth technology companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms
- Proven track record of staying current with new technologies and tools in data analysis
