Your expertise is essential in supporting the business with (global) recruiting challenges, recruiting for key roles, experienced hires, enhancing our recruitment processes and tools, such as contingent worker management and our careers page;

Furthermore, you build strong relationships with countries that have high-volume recruitment needs, embedding our talent acquisition strategy and ways of working to ensure a seamless, global and efficient process. In this role, you also have the opportunity to support and mentor in-country talent acquisition professionals, helping them develop their expertise and aligning their efforts with Fugro's talent acquisition strategy;
As a Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you provide crucial analytics and insights on talent acquisition trends, results, and processes. By leveraging tools like Workday and LinkedIn, you will generate valuable data that will inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
You have a proven track record in Project Management and expert knowledge of Recruiting, from digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems to creative sourcing techniques while always taking the candidate experience into account;
You have a minimum of 5 years’ corporate TA, Recruitment Management experience;
You have strong conceptual, creative and analytical skills, you are pro-active, inquisitive, influential and inspiring to key stakeholders and team. You are an excellent communicator, and good at presentation and diplomacy skills. You are results-driven and have a demonstrated ability to work in a global business culture with high standards, high energy and high ambitions;
You have an excellent command of the English language;
You are proficient with TA technology (ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, networking/referral technology) and strong IT-skills.
