      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage a portfolio of 15-20 open sales roles across various countries and verticals
      - Build and execute recruiting strategies, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation
      - Foster strong internal and external relationships to create a robust sales candidate pipeline
      - Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract prospective candidates
      - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition peers to share market intelligence and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition recruiting entry to mid-level sales professionals
      - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
      - Experience recruiting across multiple geographic regions in EMEA is highly preferred
      - Proven track record of developing and attracting high-potential sales talent
      - Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting inside sales talent, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
      - Strong consultative skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
      - Expertise in social networking and project management
      - Ability to overcome obstacles and provide innovative solutions
      - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in a high-volume recruiting setting
