Develop and lead a “Global Center of Expertise” team that structures and accelerates both experts’ development and top talents’ development & readiness.

Generate expertise on the topics.

Ensure solutions are connected to business needs and that they add value

Develop a “Global center of Expertise” team that finds the right balance between bringing in best practices and innovative solutions, on the one hand, and delivering concrete results addressing business needs, on the other hand
-
Connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and perceived values of offered solutions – adjust accordingly
-
In partnership with VP and Directors People, Culture and Organization, define and deploy Alstom leadership model and metrics concerning the organization talent’s health.

Define leadership development strategy for different leadership audiences.
-
Provide guidelines for Talent Management (TM) / HR support to different levels of talent.
-
Define and continuously improve Alstom’s leaders’ expectations for different levels. Deploy across Alstom.

Ensure coherence in leadership development programs across the regions based on Alstom leadership development strategy

Improve talent identification across the group

Revitalize People Review’s both talent development action identification and talent development actions follow-up
-
Structure succession planning and talent identification based on both concepts of talent reservoir/pool (as opposed to linear succession) and critical positions

In partnership with HR-IS, increase people review data preparation automation
-
Position experts’ development as a key component to talent development across Alstom, and build and deploy development programs accordingly

In partnership with Engineering, Industrial and all other relevant key stakeholders, continuously improve WCE and WCM
-
Increase impact of experts by developing their competencies to structure their approach, to influence and, to persuade.

Develop experts’ skills on training, coaching, facilitation, co-development.

Drive & streamline job codes management to continuously address business needs.

University degree with specialization in human resources management or business administration studies/ Or engineering school followed by HR expertise

Specialization in Human Resources / Master in Business Administration

15+ years of experience in leadership and top talent development
-
Experience in running HR Projects; Change management, transformation and organizational development initiatives
-
Worked in a multinational matrix environment/structure.

Multicultural work experience international

Change management, deploying programs in complex matrix organization

Strong expertise/thought leadership in talent and leadership development

Career and/or leadership coaching with executives
