As a Global Tax Process & Data Lead, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

  The role:

  As a Global Tax Process & Data Lead, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Leading the design, standardisation, and continuous improvement of global tax processes and data across functions, geographies, and business units, ensuring alignment with the broader business framework and governance standards.
  • Building and maintain a structured tax data model, define and implement the global Tax Operating Model, and support transitions by creating process maps, RACIs, SOPs, and training materials to build tax capabilities across JM.
  • Maintaining a clear tax technology roadmap by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement systems, automation, and ERP upgrades that improve tax compliance, data quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring global tax processes meet legal and regulatory requirements, support process adherence, track KPIs, and lead communication and change management initiatives to secure stakeholder engagement and training.

  Key skills that will help you succeed in this role :

  • University degree or professional qualification with significant experience in tax process improvement, data quality enhancement, and working in complex multinational environments.
  • Strong tax technology understanding with good knowledge of Word, Excel, ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent project and change management, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-matrix teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Brings a proactive mindset, strong influencing skills, creative problem-solving, and consistently demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
