What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee trade compliance activities, ensuring administrative requirements and data are met
- Communicate trade requirements to internal stakeholders and support their execution
- Implement compliance processes, procedures, and tools across the organization
- Develop global trade compliance metrics and provide tailored Power BI dashboards to key stakeholders
- Perform analysis and prepare Customs valuation adjustments related to Transfer Price Adjustments
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop automated solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
- Perform global classification of finished goods, raw materials, and equipment transfers
- Maintain updates in applicable systems and resolve data quality concerns
- May perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of international/trade compliance experience
- Knowledge of Trade Compliance and Customs management
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Global Trade Management Systems
- Experience with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)/Harmonized System (HS) classifications
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (i.e., PowerBI)
