      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Improve effectiveness and efficiency of WASH team members in Country Offices
      - Track and analyze billable time across the Global WASH team
      - Support project management and report editing for all projects with a WASH component
      - Stay current with industry trends and developments in WASH to inform iDE's approaches
      - Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members in technical WASH areas and program management

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Masters Degree in International Development, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, or related fields
      - 5+ years of experience in WASH program implementation in Africa, Asia, or Latin America
      - Expertise in drinking water supply and management preferred
      - Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in a second language preferred
      - Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical content for general audiences
