What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Intake and verify new cases, ensuring accurate information is entered into the employer's systems
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and portal inquiries while maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Assign and schedule new cases to physicians based on guidelines and client requirements
- Monitor and track cases to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations
- Update clients on case progress and ensure proper documentation is provided
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's Degree is preferred
- Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to apply critical thinking
- Proficient computer literacy and typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare claims and billing processes
- Demonstrated customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Federal NSA regulations and compliance processes
- Proven time management skills in meeting specific deadlines
