What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit and insure every funded government loan to ensure compliance with FHA and VA requirements
- Prepare insuring packages that align with specific agency requirements
- Manage timelines for Escrow Holdbacks and EEM mortgages
- Escalate deficiencies or Post Endorsement requests to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with the Post Closing team to assist with overflow activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Government Insuring or Post Close experience
- Experience with FHA Connection and VA WebLGY
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet rigorous deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Previous experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
- Familiarity with additional government lending programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and attire in all interactions
