- Identify and pursue government sales opportunities across assigned region
- Manage the RFP/bid process from start to finish
- Build relationships with:
- Fleet managers
- Procurement officers
- Municipal and state agencies
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals
- Coordinate with local stores to ensure:
- Service expectations are clearly communicated
- Contracts are executed effectively
- Maintain and grow existing government accounts
- Track contract performance and identify expansion opportunities
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (B2G or fleet sales preferred)
- Experience with government bidding and contract processes strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of fleet operations (commercial tire experience is a plus)
- Ability to travel throughout AZ, NM, and NV
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a strategic sales mindset
- Winning multi-location or statewide government contracts
- Strong alignment between sales commitments and store execution
- Long-term, repeatable government business across the region
- Industry leader in commercial tire sales and service
- Established infrastructure to support government accounts
- Strong local store network to fulfill contracts
- High-growth opportunity within a specialized sales channel
