What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, reconcile, and report on member rebates, ensuring accuracy in processing payments
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with manufacturer partners to resolve discrepancies
- Utilize internal tools (SQL, Business Objects, SAP) to create and maintain relevant reporting
- Work with Membership department to address issues affecting contracts and compliance
- Enter and maintain contract data in the centralized contract file maintenance system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, SQL, Business Objects, and SAP
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with audit practices and implementation of effective processes
