      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the university during virtual appointments with students to collect verification documents
      - Schedule and conduct Zoom appointments with assigned students for verification and documentation
      - Analyze student inquiries and refer them to appropriate support resources, such as Financial Aid or Technical Support
      - Attend team meetings led by the Verification Manager to stay updated on processes and policies
      - Commit to approximately 40 hours per month while complying with university policies and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current, active Walden masters or doctoral student, preferably in the criminal justice program, with at least three quarters or two semesters of enrollment
      - Must maintain good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and no holds on the student account
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent customer service abilities and professionalism
      - Access to a private workspace with reliable internet for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience handling sensitive and confidential documentation
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
      - Previous experience in customer service or student support roles
