What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of federal loan applications and compliance tasks
- Manage compliance requirements for the assigned transmission project portfolio under the EDF loan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, organize, and maintain documentation for project submissions
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Prepare regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting issues and proposing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in electric utility transmission or grant writing
- Familiarity with federal loan application and compliance processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with transmission-related functions and workflows in an electric utility setting
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take action effectively
