      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical accounting and post-award financial transactions for various grant programs
      - Manage account setups, cash management, subawards, and closeouts
      - Prepare required internal and external financial reports
      - Ensure compliance with grant management regulations and policies
      - Collaborate with team members to support financial operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field OR associate degree plus 2 years of grants management or relevant experience OR High School diploma or equivalent PLUS four (4) years of grants management or relevant experience
      - Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technical accounting or financial management in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with grant management software and financial reporting tools
      - Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
