      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, develop, deliver, evaluate, and administer nontechnical training and development programs
      - Identify performance gaps and provide solutions to improve business performance and employee retention
      - Determine costs/benefits and create effective, budget-friendly training solutions
      - Market the benefits of training to enhance workforce development
      - Maintain relationships with line managers to assess and address training needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6-8 years with a Master's degree
      - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
      - Experience supervising and leading technical staff and entry-level professionals
      - Proven ability to estimate staffing needs and conduct performance evaluations
      - Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and presenting training programs
      - Familiarity with multi-level tracking and measurement systems for training effectiveness
      - Skills in analyzing performance deficiencies and recommending training interventions
      - Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with management
