What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Communications Director and team to create and develop marketing materials and digital assets
- Research and stay updated on current graphic design trends and software
- Assist in developing innovative design concepts across various mediums
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across promotional materials and communications
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high-quality output
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a graphic designer or equivalent training
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others
- Strong understanding of marketing and design principles
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer
- Experience with photography and video production, including DSLR camera usage
- Knowledge of the pre-press and printing processes
- Background working for a government entity or similar organization
