My Daily Activities

We’ve “bean” looking for someone like you! As a Grocery Manager you’ll experience it all from total department planning, ordering and merchandising all the products our customers love. You’ll also get to train, coach and help your team grow and learn all there is to know about Grocery. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our associates and we work together to accomplish this goal.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of equipment

• Prior grocery experience as well as leadership experience is required

• Ability to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team

• Ability to provide clear direction and delegate responsibilities to a team after determining department needs

• Strong understanding of department financials and the ability to manage budgets to meet financial goals

• Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
