      Job summary

      Working closely with the Group People Business Partner / Group Head of Workforce, the postholder will provide a high quality, comprehensive people service to their assigned areas within the Trust. This is in support of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, workforce strategies and the delivery of excellent patient care.

      Main duties of the job

      Working as part of the wider People Team, the successful candidate will lead a team of workforce professionals responsible for providing operational and employee relations support to the clinical and corporate management teams for the areas they support.

      The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can adapt to the changing needs of the Trust and models of care and work collaboratively and proactively with key stakeholders both internal/ external to the organisation to ensure professional and effective customer care. The successful candidate will develop effective working relationships with colleagues from unions and professional bodies

      The successful candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience and be able to evidence further relevant study such as but not limited to master's level qualification or equivalent experience.
