      This role involves providing exceptional customer service through answering calls and addressing inquiries from regional groups across Canada. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess prior call center experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of clients.

      What you'll do here:

      • Client Engagement: Engage with clients from diverse regional groups across Canada via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to their inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of Intact's group benefits offerings.
      • Inquiry Resolution: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Intact's group benefits products and services to effectively address client questions, concerns, and requests. Ensure that each interaction leaves clients feeling supported and valued.
      • Administrative Duties: Accurately process client requests, updates, and changes related to group benefits plans. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Bilingual Support: Leverage your bilingual skills to provide seamless support to clients in both English and French, fostering strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
      • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales departments, to facilitate smooth communication and efficient problem-solving. Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.
      • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements within the group benefits administration function. Proactively suggest enhancements that can enhance the overall client experience.
      • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring that all interactions and transactions are conducted ethically and in line with Intact's policies.

      What you bring to the table:

      • Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
      • Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement, enabling effective communication with clients across Canada.
      • Group Benefits Knowledge: Familiarity with group benefits products, services, and terminology is preferred. A solid understanding of insurance concepts, particularly in the group benefits context, is advantageous.
      • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
      • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.
      • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze client inquiries, identify underlying issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate matters as necessary.
      • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
