      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
      - Maintain and develop broker relationships to drive sales and ensure client retention
      - Achieve personal sales production expectations through tactical sales strategies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
      - Represent the employer as a market leader, sharing insights and maintaining community relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of two years' group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
      - Ability to achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
      - Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience with complex absence products and online enrollment processes
      - Proven ability to build rapport both in-person and virtually
      - History of exercising accountability and delivering commitments with speed and quality
      - Demonstrated confidence and positivity in a collaborative setting
