What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Intake new cases and verify information, entering data into the employer's system
- Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various requirements
- Update clients on case progress and address any questions regarding documentation
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients for specified cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role in a business office environment
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Apple Operating System and Google Chrome
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level in client and physician interactions
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare environment, such as a medical office or insurance claims
- An Associate's Degree
