Your contribution to something big:
Our global expert network develops, rolls-out and supports cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector with outstanding user acceptance.
We strive for lean processes and best in class standards and are in the middle of the digital transformation for Bosch Mobility including the move to SAP S/4HANA.
As the group leader for our newly established team in Braga, you will be a key contributor for the successful digital transformation. You will shape and coordinate the new team and its ramp-up and develop the team members together with the related departments in Germany.
You will represent the M/BDX organization in Braga and you will set-up the collaboration with the other local teams.
In addition, you will use your process and IT knowledge to contribute to the BBM process standardization and optimization and lead improvement activities or projects within the M/BD organization.
What distinguishes you:
Leadership skills with multiple years of experience as functional and disciplinary group leader, experienced in continuously developing a team of associates and making them ready for the future
High degree of self-confidence, spirit and ability to assert oneself
Huge sense of customer and solution orientation
Team player with very good communication and presentation skills
At least 3 years of functional experience and practical application of SAP ERP including but not limited to understanding of business processes and requirements of an automotive supplier
Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
Excellent command of English, additional German language skills will be an advantage
Willingness to travel (about 4 times p.a.)
