What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Manage complex negotiations and position products to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with benefits brokers and consultants in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to uncover growth opportunities and support post-sale activities
- Track activities in the company's CRM system and maintain updated account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling Group Insurance, with 5+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proven success selling Dental, Vision, and other ancillary insurance products to employers with 51 or more employees
- Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory for in-person meetings with brokers and clients

- Experience in consultative selling and building long-term relationships with brokers
- Strong executive presence and business acumen
- Familiarity with the health insurance industry and emerging marketplace trends
- Ability to implement and support new sales initiatives effectively
- Previous experience in a team-oriented sales environment
