What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization
- Establish clear funnel definitions and channel roles to support portfolio-level optimization
- Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions
- Partner with Data Science to design and measure A/B tests and incrementality studies
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders that influence real-time decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics
- High proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and experimentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience in a high-growth, performance-driven organization
- Background in subscription, telecom, or consumer app industries
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and mobile measurement partners
- Experience optimizing portfolio allocation across channels
