      THE ROLE

      The Growth Marketing Specialist plays a key role in accelerating Inflo'sglobal growth by executing high-impact, AI-driven demand generation and ABM campaigns across multiple channels.

      This role focuses on building, launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, SQLs, and pipeline, using automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics to continuously improve performance. AI is central to how this role operates - from personalization and creative testing to performance insights and scalable execution.

      This is a hands-on role suited to someone with B2B SaaS experience who is ready to take ownership of campaign delivery, apply emerging technologies, and help evolve how growth marketing is executed within a high-performing, data-driven team.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      Campaign Execution

      • Build and launch multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns across email, paid social, and landing pages to drive engagement and pipeline.


      • Design and manage nurture programs, audience segmentation, and workflows in HubSpot.


      • Translate growth strategy into scalable, repeatable campaign execution.


      AI Led Experimentation

      • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, creative testing, and performance optimization.


      • Experiment with automation and emerging technologies to improve speed, efficiency, and results.


      • Capture and share insights to scale what works across the growth engine.


      Optimization & Analytics

      • Continuously test and optimize ads, emails, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.


      • Monitor and analyze performance across HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and LeadInfo.


      • Report on engagement, SQL contribution, and ROI, recommending clear actions to improve outcomes.


      Collaboration & Delivery

      • Partner with the Demand Gen Lead to operationalize new growth initiatives.


      • Collaborate with design, product marketing, and events to deliver high quality, on brand campaign assets.


      • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to spec, and aligned to growth priorities.


      KEY COMPETENCIES -

      • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in demand generation or ABM.


      • Proven ability to execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms.


      • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and conversion optimization.


      • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for campaign enhancement and performance insights.


      • Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to interpret results and act quickly.


      • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.


      • Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.


      • Curious mindset - eager to test, learn, and try new approaches to lift SQL results.


      • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Monday.com (or similar).
