      Role Purpose

      This role is integral to ensuring the consistent performance of fueling operations, which depend on the reliability and upkeep of specialized fueling equipment and fleet assets. The Fueling Equipment Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards in equipment readiness, overseeing asset tracking and expense management, and leading a team focused on safety and service excellence. All maintenance and repair work must adhere to established protocols, ensuring full regulatory and operational compliance.

      What you will be doing

      • Lead a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and optimize the reliability of fueling equipment and fleet vehicles.

      • Maintain detailed records for all fueling equipment and fleet assets, including service logs, inspections, and cost tracking.

      • Administer inspection and quality assurance processes to ensure equipment and parts meet operational and safety specifications.

      • Oversee quality control programs to ensure consistent service performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

      • Organize and direct maintenance team operations to achieve department objectives through efficient use of labor, resources, and equipment.

      • Manage inventory and sourcing of fueling parts, materials, and service tools as needed to support operations.

      What we are looking for:

      • Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency, preferably supplemented with college-level courses in mechanical engineering, business administration, transportation management, and business management.
      • Five years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial vehicle operation, including two years in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
      • Must be able to maximize fleet utilization and ensure maximum shop productivity.
      • Must be able to lift continually up to 70lbs
      • Must pass a drug test and a federal background check
      • Must have own tools
