      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare guardianship court documents and assist attorneys in guardianship cases
      - Draft estate planning documents, including wills, living wills, and powers of attorney
      - Communicate with clients and potential clients to address their inquiries and provide reassurance
      - Organize client information and manage client files, ensuring efficient task management
      - Serve as backup support for the front desk, greeting clients and handling general office tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
      - Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficient writing skills in both languages
      - Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
      - Excellent writing/editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while demonstrating a professional demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Clio or another CRM, or the ability to learn quickly
      - Florida Notary Public certification
      - Personal experiences that foster empathy for the families served by the firm
      - Strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
      - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
