- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered
- Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
- Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high performing team
- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of belonging are high
- Partner with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
- Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution
- Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within Fashion Luxury industry
- Proven ability to drive results and organizational skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for Fashion Luxury industry
