What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the voice of the employer through various communication channels, including email, web chat, and phone calls
- Resolve guest grievances and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and effective communication
- Manage incident cases within the company guest database and assist with ticket and reservation inquiries
- Process credit card transactions and utilize tools to inform guests of current offers and promotions
- Participate actively in the security and safety of the station, reporting any suspicious situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in a high-traffic field such as hospitality, guest services, or transportation
- Excellent verbal and listening skills focused on superior guest satisfaction
- Ability to assist special needs guests when necessary, including those requiring wheelchair assistance
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to type approximately 40 words per minute
- Must be at least 18 years old and have legal permission to work in the United States
