      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage 4 to 5 Enterprise sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
      - Set and execute aggressive strategies for new customer acquisition and product sales
      - Conduct quarterly operational reviews for sales teams to ensure pipeline activity and effective sales strategies
      - Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for sales success
      - Drive long-term success through coaching and building a high-performing team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience selling software solutions to C-suite level
      - 5+ years of experience as a senior leader managing successful sales teams
      - Proven ability to work within a highly matrixed organization and establish strong relationships
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage in a fast-paced, evolving environment
      - Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2nd level sales leadership experience
      - Experience in selling or leading teams in Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software
      - Familiarity with Power Base Selling Methodology or similar programs
      - Strong operational and analytical abilities
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
