What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work one-on-one with church leaders to understand their current software usage and optimize their experience with Flocknote
- Clean, sort, and organize data from other systems for seamless import into Flocknote
- Provide product training and clear guidance to users
- Deliver excellent customer support via email and phone to help churches thrive with Flocknote
- Communicate customer insights to enhance tools and services offered by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional communication skills via email, phone, video call, and in person
- Strong proficiency in working with large data sets in Excel
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through
- Excellent collaboration and feedback skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership, sales, ministry, or with using CMS/database tools or popular church management tools
