What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create on-brand designs across various mediums, including flyers, graphics, and email layouts
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop visual strategies that align with the employer's mission
- Provide excellent customer support via email and phone, assisting churches in using the employer's tools
- Communicate insights from customers to enhance tools and services
- Conduct product demos and troubleshoot new features to improve user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography
- Experience in creating marketing materials such as flyers and web content
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership, sales, webinars, writing, marketing, ministry, or UI/web design
- A genuine love of people and a desire to help them succeed
