      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open, manage, and resolve customer hardware incident and service request tickets as part of the OIT Service Desk Hardware Team
      - Provide timely on-site and remote support for hardware issues, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
      - Perform imaging, deployment, and replacement of computer systems according to organizational standards
      - Assist with incoming calls during high call volume periods to maintain service levels
      - Travel periodically to EOIR Immigration Courts to provide customer support and manage equipment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance prior to the start date
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience in IT service desk support or similar IT roles
      - Proven experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, and peripherals, particularly Microsoft Office products
      - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, basic networking concepts, and PC hardware
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
      - One or more IT certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, or ITIL
      - Experience working with ServiceNow
