What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the subject matter expert for hardware asset management processes and tools across the enterprise
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition through retirement, ensuring compliance with policies
- Support the configuration of ServiceNow HAM Pro modules for accurate asset tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and finance to validate asset records and optimize costs
- Prepare and deliver reports on hardware asset management performance and compliance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of asset management experience with expertise in hardware asset management practices
- 5+ years of experience working with internal and/or external audit teams
- 3+ years of experience establishing high-quality data standards for AI and predictive analytics
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with automation and AI teams for intelligent workflow solutions
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and documenting innovative IT asset management strategies
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques
- Understanding of finance and procurement processes
- Asset management certification (e.g., CHAMP, CSAM)
- Experience with ServiceNow HAMPro and major IT hardware vendors (IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco)
