      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in online classroom training focused on healthcare information and EHR systems
      - Engage in remote hands-on internship/externship training, completing 40 hours per week
      - Analyze clinical data, identify trends, and create targeted reports
      - Implement data management skills using various software tools to support healthcare organizations
      - Understand and apply system design, testing, and security protocols for data privacy and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a resident of California
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED certification
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - Proficient computer experience with MS Windows and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
